Hawks has wings. Each of these wings is filled with feathers! He can detach these feathers from his wing and control each one independently! He can change their texture (from soft and feathery to sharp like knives) at-will, they can detect noise and vibrations (enough to locate every person in a collapsing building), and they are each individually strong enough to lift a grown adult. He can also use these wings to fly!

He has a GIANT burn scar on his back where his wings are, it goes from basically the base of his spine all the way up the back of his neck and is somewhat visible on his cheek.
