Okay, let's see... I like sweet coffee better than black coffee, I'm trained in theatre and like three types of classic dance, aaand I'm a DIY expert in home repairs.

I'm only trained in one type of classic dance. It's ballet. For core strength.

...what's ballet?

It's a type of dance that's like, super old school. There's a lot of twirling and leaping and stuff, usually by teen girls because they're small and light enough to do it... anyway, most of the really basic moves and exercises can be applied to a bunch of stuff, including sometimes aerial maneuvers. So that's why I learned it. Don't ask me to perform though because I'm no good at that.

Mostly I got flexibility from it, which isn't bad...

The twins and I dance a little. It helped with learning better control over our legs.

That said, I'm fairly flexible too...but I think that's more of an octopus thing.
