I just...I'm not terribly comfortable around Leona. Usually if I spend an amount of time with him, it's with the other house wardens.

I had joked about a double date to Ruggie. I hadn't expected it to actually happen. Leona isn't fond of me or of.....doing anything really. Though it would also seem he can be motivated by pleasing Ruggie.

Not at all. Not everyone in our world is a mage and even then not all mages are very powerful or have developed their signature spell yet. It's just that my school is specifically for especially promising mages. Leona and myself are house wardens, so it is inevitable that even among our peers we are a cut above.

Not to say those that are not house wardens do not have interesting abilities.

Well, we're more specialized... Endeavor was really strong, but his quirk was just fire. The current #2 can control the fibers in fabric. #3 can stretch his body out really thin...

Kalim's signature spell is producing a limitless amount of water. There is a lot someone can do with even something more specialized than that. It just takes a little more creativity.
